Soccer, netball dynamite comes in small packages

The mini soccer and netball festival recently presented by Uplands Preparatory School kept parents, coaches and pupils on their toes.

The young ones participated with big smiles and had great fun during the matches.

A total of 65 teams consisting of more than 500 children attended and 93 matches were played.

Spectators could choose between about nine hours of netball played on three courts and just as many hours of soccer on three fields.

A total of 70 staff members were needed to ensure that everything went smoothly.
