MBOMBELA – Residents attempting to renew their car licenses have been met with frustration since Friday, as the system was offline.
Mbombela Local Municipality spokesman, Joseph Ngala, said the problem started at around 12:30, and that it was a nationwide issue due to “challenges with Telkom lines”.
Since Wednesday morning all Mbombela centres were back online from 07:45, he said.
