Teacher murder case transferred
Ramaipadi and her alleged boyfriend, Sewisha Mphego are facing charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, kidnapping, unlawful possession of unlicensed firearm , possession of unlicensed ammunition and robbery.
BURGERSFORT – The Ga Motodi woman who allegedly conspired to kill her husband will soon return to court.
The Praktiseer Magistrate’s Court recently transferred Glenrose Ramaipadi’s trail to the Polokwane High Court.
The case is scheduled from June 10 to June 21.
Ramaipadi and her alleged boyfriend, Sewisha Mphego are facing charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, kidnapping, unlawful possession of unlicensed firearm , possession of unlicensed ammunition and robbery.
The two allegedly conspired to kill Glenrose’s husband Daniel Ramaipadi in July 2017.

In February, the Polokwane High Court sentenced Richwell Moeng (35), the hit man involved in the murder, to life imprisonment.
Limpopo police spokesman, Col Moatshe Ngoepe said the accused (Moeng) was also declared unfit to possess a firearm in terms of the Firearm Control Act 60 of 2000.
“Moeng was found guilty of murdering Ramaipadi, who was from Ga-Motodi Village outside Burgersfort, a former teacher and head of department at Manoke High School, on July 22, 2017. The deceased was shot and killed at his home by unknown gunmen who hijacked his car and fled the scene.
“The car was found abandoned two days later some kilometres from the scene at Mashifane Park sports field,” Ngoepe explained.
Both Ramaipadi and Mphego are still out on bail.
