BURGERSFORT – It was a fun-filled time when Laerskool Burgersfort hosted its grade R open day and fun day recently.

The event included games such as scooter racing, cricket, frog jumping, egg-in-spoon races and many more.

The Gethlane Lodge mascot, Fritz, was also there to bring much laughter to the young ones.

The glorious event also included kids from neighbouring schools, accompanied by their parents. All the participants were handed cookie medals for their efforts.

Laerskool Burgersfort also encouraged interested parents wishing to enrol their kids at the school for grade R to fast track the finalisation of their 2020 applications.
