Pothome Security donates to local school

Thobejane encouraged other businesses to lend a helping hand where possible, too. School principal, Grace Sepobe thanked the company for their gratitude and contribution to the learning and development of these pupils.

BURGERSFORT – Thirty pupils from Maruladilepe Primary School were the lucky recipients of a donation of full school uniforms from Pothoma Security Services.

Maruladilepe is located at Maandagshoek in Sehlaku Village. The company’s director, Thabo Thobejane, and his team donated the uniforms to the needy pupils at the school. The educators helped to identify the children in the school who most needed them.

Thobejane commented to Steelburger/Lydenburg News that this was part of their social responsibility to give back to the communities, especially the needy, and to assist the families that are unable to meet their children’s academic needs.

“We are here to conclude Mandela Month’s festivities by handing uniforms to these kids. We recently gave groceries to the nearby Bokamoso Crèche, which is also in Sehlaku Village.”

Thobejane encouraged other businesses to lend a helping hand where possible, too. School principal, Grace Sepobe thanked the company for their gratitude and contribution to the learning and development of these pupils.
