Television series to be filmed in Blyde River Canyon

The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency has announced that access to the Swadini section of Blyde River Canyon will be closed for the filming of a television series for certain periods in the near future.

From now to December 3, site establishment operations will be under way, but will have no impact on visitor access.

From December 4 to 26, access will be unrestricted, but from December 27 until February 14, there will be no access to this site.

All other tourist attractions on the Panorama Route, like God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Three Rondavels and the Pinnacle, will not be affected by this closure.
