Determination, hard work and loyal staff make a business thrive.
Danise Meiring has run the Coastal Hire franchise in Malalane from 2011 and bought it in 2015.
In March 2017 she opened a satellite branch in KaMhlushwa. Donald Mkhatshwa started working for Coastal Hire in the same year, and has always been a big part of this branch.

Well known to the community and a born-and-bred resident of KaMhlushwa, he runs the Coastal Hire branch there smoothly.
He sees to the daily provision of machines to big construction firms with government projects, smaller businesses and do-it-yourself clients.
With excellent knowledge of all the machines, he can assist with any queries regarding Coastal’s products and services. He is a person with great interpersonal skills, and really listens to his customers’ needs.
David Ngutshana is the designated driver and sees to prompt deliveries in KaMhlushwa, Naas, Tonga, Schoemansdal, Langeloop, Middelplaas and as far as the Mananga Border.

Ngutshana also serves as the representative in all areas of Nkomazi.
Together they are a well-oiled team, with brilliant knowledge of all the machines, excellent communication skills and customer relations.

The motivation of the KaMhlushwa satellite branch is to give value-added services and advice to their largest client base and keep delivery fees as low as possible.

The goal is to deliver service with a smile, so that their customers can continue building Nkomazi to greater heights. Coastal is also part of this wonderful community and will strive for a better tomorrow.
