Aloe Spar Burgersfort put a twist in the egg challenge
For everyone who participated in the egg challenge, Aloe Spar has a challenge for you
BURGERSFORT – The egg challenge has gone viral in only a couple of hours. For those unfamiliar with it, here is a simple explanation. A person is filmed while eating a raw egg, a shot of sugar and ending it off with a shot of liquor.
There have been some mixed feelings on Facebook, some people commenting that it is a waste of food. And although it might be funny to see the reactions of people and some even spitting the raw egg out, we have to think of those individuals that are not privileged to have any of those items in their homes.
This is where Aloe Spar decided to challenge anyone who has done the challenge, or that will do it, to donate six eggs, one kilogram of sugar and a one liter soft drink. You can add these items to your basket an ask at the till where the donations can be placed.
The donations will be for child welfare, old age homes and pensioners.
