Stronger together - Netbits and Netmetrix, two local Internet service providers, have joined forces to deliver a better service to businesses and households interested in a fibre Internet solution.

The service on offer includes Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

Netmetrix’s Fanus Bam (ICT specialist), Tiaan Viljoen (operations), Francois Theron (administration) and Netbits’ Andre de Goede (director and ICT specialist) said they have the skill and infrastructure to provide a one-stop shop for all things fibre.

“The technical and logistical aspects of supplying fibre solutions are extremely expensive and we can share those costs between the two companies to benefit our customers,” Viljoen said.

Both companies are proud of their customer and after-sales service. They are available locally for after sale service and they can install routers for their customers at their homes.

“The fact that we are available locally will definitely make a difference. Where national companies can only assist customers telephonically, we are able to visit your home or company where we can resolve any issues you may have right then and there. We also install routers for our customers, where national companies often courier them and customers have to install it themselves,” De Goede said.

“Instead of creating even more competitors in a sector where there are already so many fly-by-night companies, we work together and with our combined skills we can ensure better quality service and execution. We plan to be around for a very long time,” he said.
