Penryn Preschool host a dress-up picnic day

The Nest classes enjoyed a morning of activities all dressed up as superheroes, pirates, and fairies.

MBOMBELA – On Thursday August 20, the Penryn Preschool team was delighted to welcome back so many preschoolers and have them join in on the day’s fun: a dress-up picnic day!

The Nest classes enjoyed a morning of activities all dressed up as superheroes, pirates, and fairies.

From playing in their “pirate ship”, walking the plank, finding treasure, and dancing indoors, it was a wonderful day to play pretend.

After all the exciting activities, it was time for a much-needed snack as the preschoolers sat and picnicked together.

As guided by the Department of Social Development’s guidelines for early childhood development centres during Covid-19, pupils aged five and younger are not required to wear masks.
