Uplands means business with new appointment
Uplands recently appointed a new business development and marketing director.
Themba Kgopane hails from Pretoria and gained his BA at the University of Pretoria and a postgraduate diploma in business administration at the Wits Business School.
He is currently studying for a master’s degree in business administration at Wits Business School. He has worked for two school groups and has a real passion for marketing.
Kgopane has solid experience in the development and implementation of marketing plans, brand management, budget management and digital campaigns, as well as advertising and business development.
He is someone who likes to focus on people and their strengths, a family man, a man fuelled by faith and a keen reader.
“He looks forward to meeting our Uplands family and we feel sure that everyone will give him a warm welcome when they meet him on campus,” said Sandile Maluleke, Uplands head of communications.
