The red carpet moments during the 2023 State of the Province address (Sopa) and official opening of the Mpumalanga Legislature were nothing short of a fashion runway extravaganza. The event was held at the provincial legislature today, February 24.

Guests on the red carpet were welcomed by traditional dancers.

Speaking during the Sopa, Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane spoke about the province’s future plans, developments, achievements and many other issues.
