Kellaprince marks 40 years of property, people and relationships
Kellaprince Properties: celebrating 40 years of visionary property partnerships and regional growth since 1986.

Kellaprince Properties recently celebrated its 40th anniversary at Christie’s at 32 on Russell Guest House, bringing together staff, stakeholders, clients and invited guests for an evening of reflection, appreciation and connection.

The milestone event formed part of a wider celebration of Kellaprince’s story in the Lowveld – a story that began in Barberton, expanded to Nelspruit, and continues today through residential and commercial sales and rentals, property management, and developments.
Guests looked back on the people, places and relationships that have shaped Kellaprince over four decades. A short anniversary film traced the company’s journey from its Barberton roots to its present-day role in the Lowveld property market.

The evening was hosted by Mpumi Mbethe, while guest speaker Dr Roelof Botha addressed invited guests during the evening and shared economic perspective as part of the 40th anniversary programme.
Keith Kellar also reflected on the company’s journey and the many people who have contributed to its growth.
“It would be impossible to do the work we do without professional people like the architects, engineers, stakeholders and staff,” he said.

What follows is a reflection on that journey – from Kellaprince’s Barberton roots and Nelspruit growth to the people, relationships and local knowledge that continue to shape its role in the Lowveld property landscape.
