Curro pupils win shade net for school
Earlier this year the estate encouraged all pupils from ages 4 to18 to partake in the "design your dream home competition" and awarded the winners with shade net for their school.
MBOMBELA – The Rest Nature Estate handed over R15 000 worth of shade net to Curro Private School on Tuesday. Earlier this year the estate encouraged all pupils from ages 4 to18 to partake in the “design your dream home competition” and awarded the winners with shade net for their school. There were five categories in the competition pupils could enter.
The winners in the categories with the best innovative and creative designs were Mila Geldenhuys in grade R, Zoe Coetzee in grade one, Micca Steyn in grade four, Marissa Grobler and Frans-Josef Mentz, both in grade eight. Each of these winners received a R500 voucher to spend at Cradle of Life wild-cat sanctuary as well as a beautiful engraved trophy.
