MBOMBELA – Atma Kriya yoga is a powerful form of meditation and one of its masters is coming to the Lowveld.
Mbombela’s Hindu community is proud to host Swami Vishwachakrad-harananda from May 29 to 31 at the Serendib Yoga Studio in Van Wijk Street. What makes this session so spectacular is the practice of Ohm healing, which uses the sacred vibration of Ohm, or the cosmic frequency, to heal the fellow man and to correct the imbalances in nature.
“It is the key to realising the soul and to awaken the divine love within us,” Swami Vishwa said. “The techniques are simple, allowing those who have meditated before to go deeper within.”
If you have never mediated or attended a single yoga class in your life, you will still not be excluded. “Anyone can join after they have received the initiation called Shaktipat, which will also be presented at the course.”
The Ohm healing on May 29 will be free and supper will be served.
Another course will be hosted on May 30 and 31, which will focus on Atma Kriya yoga. This course costs R1 500 and lunch, tea and snacks will be served.
