Various areas in Mbombela to experience power outage

Various areas in the city of Mbombela will experience power supply interruptions due to maintenance and upgrades

Electricity supply will be interrupted in Mbombela city/Steiltes area on Sunday, 19 March 2017 from 06:30 to 18:00.

This outage is scheduled in order for Eskom to do maintenance on their equipment and Mbombela to do upgrades, maintenance and protection on their station equipment and overhead line structures.

Riverside area will also experience an interruption on the same day. This will allow the City of Mbombela to do maintenance on Riverside 2 and 3 switching stations and move the main supply cables at Ext. 22.

All installations must be regarded as live. Please advise everyone in your household to avoid the maintenance areas.
