Thirty injured in accident on Long Tom Pass
Plantation workers were injured after they jumped off the back of the truck transporting them when a bakkie hit them.
MBOMBELA – An accident on the Long Tom Pass left 23 people seriously injured and seven with minor injuries earlier today.
According to ER 24’s Greg Wilcox there were no fatalities.
This was confirmed in a statement issued by spokesman for the Department of Community, Safety, Security and Liaison, Joseph Mabuza.
According to Wilcox ER24 treated 15 patients on the scene.
