Bowling fun on Valentine’s Day

Since it was a fun day, bowlers could play with any club.

Bungalows Bowling Club had their annual Valentine’s fun day on February 10.

The day kicked off with tea and fresh muffins, after which the bowlers took to the greens. The format was a bit different from normal bowls as they had to play two jacks trips.

The teams were from LVCC, Nelspruit, White River, Sabie and Bungalows. Since it was a fun day, any bowlers could play with any other club.

Two games of 12 ends were played before lunch and a last game of 15 ends was played after lunch.  Each game consisted of skins which counted for two points per skin won and four points for a win.
