In pictures: A feast of sport at festival

Uplands College concluded this year’s festival with several victories over Penryn College in the recent festival derby.

The boys played five hockey games, of which Uplands won four and drew one. The second team won 4-0 and the first team 1-0.

The girls played seven games, of which Uplands won six and lost one. The first team lost 1-4 to Penryn.

Of the eight netball games played, the home team won six, drew one and lost one.

Uplands won three of four tennis games, but the first team lost with one match against Penryn.

In four of the five rugby games played Uplands were victorious, with the first team beating Penryn 13-8.

In total, 30 chess games were played and Uplands won 24, drew two and lost four
