Pupils will get a permanent primary school

In about twelve months from now, learners at Msholozi will experience a new atmosphere in a new environment to enhance the culture of teaching and learning.

The building of a primary school in Msholozi village near White River will soon commence.

This was announced by MEC Gillion Mashego last week, when he introduced the appointed contractor to the ward councillor, Cllr Kenneth Mkhonto, during a meeting at Riverside Government Complex.

The MEC indicated that the project remains a top priority in his agenda and the department is in full gear to fast track its implementation. The learners at Msholozi are currently using a temporary structure.

He said in about twelve months from now, learners at Msholozi will experience a new atmosphere in a new environment to enhance the culture of teaching and learning.

The contractor has 21 days to finalise site establishment and commence with the work. This will include structured engagements with relevant stakeholders, particularly the community at large, to determine local beneficiation and other matters in the public interest.

The official introduction of the contractor to the community would be conducted soon after and prior to site establishment.
