Chicken Xpress launches with flair and some flava

The Mbombela store will continue the Chicken Xpress values of full "flava" at prices that will not make you break the bank.

Chicken Xpress Mbombela served up a treat to its customers at the official launch on Friday. The franchise is located at Mbombela Square opposite the High Court and boasts traditional chicken fare served the way Lowvelders love to enjoy their bird.

The community-oriented franchise has rolled out a number of stores in South Africa and the Mbombela store will continue the Chicken Xpress values of full “flava” at prices that will not make you break the bank.

Store manager Andrew Fushai was on hand during the proceedings and could not stop beaming as the customers flocked in to take advantage of the specials on offer.

Ligwalagwala FM DJ Buhle Ndlovu, who is a prominent fixture on the local entertainment scene, put her touch to the vinyls and played smooth tunes while the customers got stuck into their chicken dishes.

There were prizes galore for lucky customers who soaked up the flavourful varieties on the menu. The party atmosphere, courtesy of DJ Buhle, ensured that a lively ambience took hold while the customers enjoyed a truly
South African experience.

Chicken Xpress prides itself on serving wholesome, delicious food and places flavour at the core of its values.

According to Fushai, the “flava” does not extend only to the food, but in the interaction with customers and the inviting ambience which draws customers into taking a bite out of the authentically South African chicken
dishes on the menu.

As the day wore on and the festivities wound down, Chicken Xpress regional manager, inland, expressed his wish that the latest addition to the Chicken Xpress family would continue the tradition of serving only the best “flava” through its array of chicken dishes while extending that same courtesy to its customers.
