Easy two-ingredient quick flatbreads to try

The nicest part is that you can also eat them at any time of the day.

These two-ingredient flatbreads are said to be another one of those Facebook sensations. All you need is plain yogurt (Greek yogurt) and self-raising flour.

It is super easy and quick to make.

During lockdown the family still needs to eat, so creativity is needed in the kitchen.

To make it fun, you can also involve the entire family.

To prepare the flatbreads, you mix 3/4 cup flour and one cup yogurt to make the dough.

Then cook them! All you need is a hot pan with cooking oil.

 

Roll out the dough and put it in the pan. It will take a few minutes on each side, so don’t forget to flip them over.

 

You can decide how you want to serve them. It can be flatbread with savoury mince and salad. Some enjoy it with chicken.
