Ramaila launch Covid-19 mass screening and testing campaign at Ga Masemola

"We call upon all our people in the district to welcome our nurses that will be visiting their homes to screen them, thus far Sekhukhune District still remains the only District in Limpopo without any confirmed cases of Covid-19," said Ramaila. 

SEKHUKHUNE – Sekhukhune District Municipality (SDM)’s  mayor Stanley Ramaila together with his Exco committee and the mayor of Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality (MLM) Minah Bahula, launched the Covid-19 mass screening and testing campaign at Ga Masemola on April 15.

The political leaders were also supported by the Sekhukhune health District executive manager Selina Ralefe. The campaign was hosted at Magalies Clinic.

He urged people of  Sekhukhune to adhere to the lockdown regulations.

“We encourage all our people to keep it that way by obeying the national lockdown regulations. Staying indoors, washing their hands regularly with soap and practicing social distancing so we can be able to beat this virus”, added Ramaila.
