Head-on collision on R40 claims two lives
Tragedy struck on the R40 near entrance three of Church Unlimited as two vehicles collided head-on this morning, April 7, at 08:04, resulting in two fatalities and multiple injuries.
At about 08:00 on April 7, ER24 responded to a motor vehicle accident on the R40 near entrance three of Church Unlimited. Two cars had collided head-on.

Six occupants between the two vehicles were involved in the accident. Two were trapped and pronounced dead on the scene by ER24 paramedics. Two others sustained moderate and two serious injuries.
