Barberton/Umjindi to be powerless for eight hours

Several areas in Barberton and some in Mbombela will be affected by a planned maintenance on August 22.

The City of Mbombela has issued a notice of a planned power supply outage in the Barberton/Umjindi area from 08:00 to 16:00 on Thursday, August 22.

This is a result of the planned emergency maintenance on Eskom’s equipment and the City of Mbombela’s 22 000V equipment at various substations.

The schedule could be postponed until further notice should it rain.
