The westbound lane on the N4 via Elands Valley, between the Malaga Hotel and Marlothi Chalets, was closed after a crash involving a tanker and a car earlier this morning, November 18.

The tanker ended up off the road.

Lowvelder has not received confirmation of any injuries.

A stop-and-go is in place to control traffic. Motorists are urged to be patient when approaching that section of the road and can use the Schoemanskloof to avoid delays.
