IN PHOTOS: Barberton Nursery School’s little ones travel around the world on stage
The little travellers had heaps and heaps of fun while on stage, showcasing all of their adorable talents.
What a journey Barberton Nursery School embarked on during their annual concert!
The little passengers boarded BNS Airways on October 18 and, together with their families, set off on a whirlwind adventure – Around the World in 60 Minutes! From the moment the “plane” took off, the audience joined young explorers as they danced, sang, and celebrated the wonders of different countries.
There were plenty of surprises along the way – including a show-stopping performance by the Stevenson-Hamilton Pipe Band during the Scotland stop that had everyone tapping their feet to the sound of the bagpipes.
Jamaica brought the vibes (and a smoke machine), adding some island magic to the stage. But as the journey came to an end, the learners were reminded that no matter how far you travel, there’s truly no place like home – South Africa.
Laughter filled the air as unforgettable memories were made at the themed photo booths, and the teachers gave the crowd an extra treat with their hilarious sumo wrestler dance that had everyone in stitches! It was a great way to end the year for Barberton Nursery School – with joy, creativity and a whole lot of heart.
