The South African Forestry Company (SAFCOL) has issued an urgent notice advising members of the public not to swim at Mac Mac Pools and Lone Creek Falls.

Due to heavy rains in Sabie, water levels have risen significantly, posing a serious threat to people’s safety.

Visitors are advised to remain in designated picnic areas at all times, and not to approach the water or attempt to swim.
