Minister postpones Kruger Relief Fund media briefing

The Kruger Relief Fund will help repair damaged roads and infrastructure.

A media briefing in parliament on the newly established Kruger Relief Fund, originally scheduled for today, January 21, has been postponed until further notice. The reason for the postponement is unknown.

The minister of forestry, fisheries and the environment, Willie Aucamp, announced a Kruger Relief Fund during a media briefing on January 17. The fund was initiated by SANParks to help repair broken bridges, roads and infrastructure after recent floods in the Kruger National Park.
