Several injured in N4 collision in Malalane

A minibus taxi and an articulated truck collided.

Following a life-threatening accident earlier this month on the N4 at the Buffel Street intersection in Malalane, another crash occurred at the same location this morning, April 22.

A minibus taxi and an articulated truck collided, leaving five passengers injured, including an infant.

Frits Koekemoer of Nkomazi EMS reported that the driver of the minibus taxi was entrapped and had to be extricated before being transported to hospital.

The injured passengers are believed to be Mozambican nationals and were also transported to hospital. The cause of the accident is still unknown.
