Ladies dress to the tee for CANSA high tea

Guests embraced a vibrant Italian theme while contributing to high-stakes auctions to raise critical funds for cancer awareness and patient care.

High fashion, vibrant Italian flair and an unwavering spirit of generosity took centre stage at the annual Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) high tea held at the Southern Sun hotel on Saturday, May 30.

A total of 270 women embraced the theme “Dolce Vita” in their finest attire to celebrate resilience and raise critical funds for cancer awareness and patient care.

They opened their hearts and purses during high-stakes auctions, bidding on luxury items, local getaways, and lifestyle packages generously donated by local businesses.

In addition to the auctions, exciting giveaways, spot prizes, and raffles kept the energy high, ensuring many guests walked away with tokens of appreciation from the day.

Part of the organising team, Rinella Jansen van Vuuren, extended her appreciation to the guests and the sponsors who ensured the high tea was a success.
