Four people were transported to hospital by emergency services following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Ferreira and Wilhelm streets in Mbombela on Friday, June 12.

A bakkie travelling from the Steiltes direction and a light delivery truck travelling from Wilhelm Street towards Ferreira Street collided, leaving both vehicles off the road near the intersection.

The cause of the accident remains unclear.
The recovery of the accident has ensued, and motorists are urged not to stop at the scene and cause traffic congestion.
