Junior cricket league resumes after holiday
I don't love cricket, I love it! The Junior Action Cricket Friday Night League resumes this Friday.

Two round-robin matches remain in the current league which started in October last year, with the finals fast approaching on January
31.
The Lowveld’s young action cricketers will be keen to get back to
business and back in form soon, as selection for the annual Inter Provincial
Tournament (IPT) will be finalised and announced by the end of this
month.
Head coach, Eric Grimaldi says they are hoping to send seven
representative teams to this year’s major national tournament, which will be held in Sandton at the end of April.
These teams range from u/10s to u/16s with IPT providing excellent exposure and experience to both established and new young players alike.
An additional massive incentive for players to perform well at this year’s IPT is the selection of players during the tournament to represent South Africa at the upcoming Junior World Cup to be held in Australia
in 2015.
Players from the Lowveld’s u/12, u/14 and u/16 teams will be eligible
for selection and Grimaldi is very confident that the Lowveld will once again provide players to the respective national junior teams.
Whether it’s just some sporting fun on a Friday evening or the allure of green and gold, Lowveld Junior Action Cricket continues to provide it all at the Nelspruit Action Cricket Arena. The new league will commence in February. Enquiries: Grimaldi on 082-457-1921.
