Chess players engage in battles of the brain

This past Saturday the Selati Chess Tournament was held at Malalane Primary.

Players from all over the Lowveld came to take part in the event. Our very own Johan Valks from Malalane and WG Engelbrecht van Komatipoort also took part in the competition.

TSB was the main sponsor of the day and took the opportunity to give each competitor a gift bag for their efforts. The results of the day are as follows:
