Teams fight it out for spot in last eight
Block B Naughty Boys, Middelplaas Black Rovers, Buffelspruit All Blacks, Magogeni Classic, Ocean Swallows, Mashaba United, Blessed Babylon and Driekoppies Wondrous, all made it into the last eight of the Tsamaya Cup.

The teams qualified this past weekend when the Tsamaya Cup resumed at Driekoppies Stadium.
Naughty Boys were the first to secure their place in the last eight when they defeated their hometown rivals, Sambo Block B United.
Naughty boys grabbed a slender 2-1 victory over Block B United and Buffelspruit Classic were dealt a harsh 4-1 defeat to mark the end of their title chase. Buffelspruit All Blacks gladly took credit for ending Classic’s Tsamaya title run.
The defending Tsamaya Cup champions, Magogeni Classic, narrowly ensured that they continue to defend their championship title. Schuzendal Small Chiefs held the defending champions to a 3-2 defeat, failing to reserve a last-eight position.
Middelplaas Black Pirates and Black Rovers both played to a goalless draw which was decided on penalties.
The squads were still evenly matched as none of them wanted to accept defeat, however, Black Rovers, took the win at sudden death with a 7-6 scoreline.
When the tournament resumed on Sunday, Ocean Swallows set the tone for a thrilling day of football when they trashed their rivals 3-1. With that scoreline Jeppes Reef Combra were knocked out of the tournament.
Experience proved to be the master when Mashaba United took on Driekoppies Sifudzaekhaya. Mashaba United were given free entry into the next round when they defeated the learners 3-0.
Blessed Babylon proved to be blessed when they outclassed Schoemansdal Junior Aces. Despite them finding two vital goals, they were still not enough to deny Blessed Babylon a last-eight place with a 4-2 win.
Another courageous performance by City Royal was also not enough to deny Driekoppies Wondrous four goals.
City Royals were dealt a slender 4-3 defeat, which disqualified them from the tournament.
