Best of the best awarded for efforts

Sportsman of the year is GJ Richter. He represented the Penryn swimming team and represented Swaziland at the Youth Olympic games in China.

Sportswoman of the year is Sam Lovett. She captained the Penryn swimming team, represented Mpumalanga swimming and was a member of the second girls hockey team.
