The Afcon 2015 qualifier between South Africa and Sudan on Saturday, November 15 has been moved from Mbombela Stadium to Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. Bafana Bafana will however be in action at Mbombela Stadium later in the month.

Mbomela Stadium manager, Roelf Kotze confirmed this earlier this afternoon. Stadium management was informed by Safa of the developments on Wednesday night.

Murdered Bafana Bafana captain and goalkeeper, Senzo Meyiwa will be honoured at the Durban match. He was born and grew up in the city.
The annual Nelson Mandela Challenge will be played at Mbombela Stadium on Sunday, November 30 against a yet to be named opponent.

Ticket will go on sale as soon as the opponent in confirmed.

Ticket holders for the change-of-venue Mbombela match can receive refunds from the outlet at which they bought their tickets.
