Hockey players enjoy a night in Arabia
Dressed for the theme, Arabian Nights, players of the White River Hockey Club and their partners arrived in gorgeous outfits and with an abundance of spirit for their annual year-end function.
The White River Hockey Club’s year-end function was a night to recognise their outstanding teammates and celebrate another successful season.
Pierino Pupillo and Sonya Caldecott were acknowledged for the significant contribution they had made to the club. Lindsey Southern received the chairman’s award, and Julie Pupillo was recognised for her devotion to the club.
Players chosen from the club teams to represent Mpumalanga were Heath Brinkman and Thomas Fry.
