Rainy weather can’t dampen school’s spirit
Despite wet weather conditions Summerhill Prep School's annual golf day on April 18 was a huge success.
The school’s main fund-raiser was held at the Sabi River Sun golf course and determined players, amateurs, parents, teachers and pupils attended.
Spectators participated in a variety of fun activities while cheering for friends and family members.
Members of the parents’ association who organised the event said they were very happy with how the day turned out.
Summerhill would like to extend an enormous thank you to all the golfers and sponsors who braved the bad weather to support the school’s fund-raising venture. The contributions will go a long way in developing the educational endeavours of the school. They would also like to thank Sabi River Sun for the use of all their resources to help make the event a success.
