Charity starts on the greens
Established 80 years ago, the distinctive Nelspruit 18-hole golf course with its stylish and modern clubhouse, is host to the Du Toit-Smuts & Mathews Phosa Lowvelder Charity Golf Day.

This event will take place on Friday October 2 with the first players set to tee off at 11:00. This is your opportunity to effect change, make new friends, have fun and most importantly, enjoy a day on the golf course. It promises to be one of the year’s bigger events on the golf calendar. Loads of prizes are up for grabs, which include some surprises. The competition will be held in a betterball format.
Options to choose from:
• Tee-off holes one and 10 – R3 500 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• Putting greens of holes nine and 18 – R3 500 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• All other tees – R2 500 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• Practice putting green – R3 500 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• Halfway house- R3 500 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• Dinner function (prize-giving) – R7 000 (includes fourball fees, halfway-house refreshments, dinner and a gift)
• Ex-gratia donation
• If you only want to enter a fourball, without sponsoring any hole, the fee will be R2 000, which will include halfway-house refreshments and dinner.
