Go buy your Springbok match tickets now

The Springboks have played two matches and won two at Mbombela Stadium. The team needs your support when they face Argentina on Saturday.

About 20 000 tickets are still available for the Castle Lager Rugby Championship match between South Africa and Argentina at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday.

Tickets will not be sold at the stadium on match day.

Tickets, ranging in price from R100 to R500, are available from Computicket outlets, online (www.computicket.com) or kiosks at Shoprite and Checkers stores nationwide, as well as at the stadium.

Fans are encouraged to use the park-and-ride facilities to prevent traffic congestion to and from the stadium. Transport from these facilities is free to every match ticket holder, but a parking fee of R30 per vehicle will be payable at the specific park-and-ride venue.

The park-and-ride venues are Penryn College, Hoërskool Nelspruit, Nelspruit Primary School, Laerskool Nelspruit, Lowveld High, Hoërskool Bergvlam, Valencia Sport Fields, Riverside Government Complex and the Nelspruit Showground.

According to Mbombela Stadium manager, Roelf Kotze, the park-and-ride system will operate from 12:00 pre-match, and until 21:30 post-match.

Parking at the stadium is open from 10:00 but space is limited. Vehicles will be allowed within the stadium precinct until two hours before kick-off or when parking areas are full, whichever occurs first.

Roads to and around the stadium will then be closed and vehicles will be diverted to the park-and-ride pickup points. Only vehicles with hospitality parking tickets will be allowed into the precinct after road closure.

Fans will be allowed to use gas braaiers within the stadium parking areas provided that this is done at behind vehicles. No open fires will be allowed due to safety reasons. Dedicated braai areas will also be established within the parking areas. No additional parking bays may be utilised to place gazebos, braaiers or camping chairs.

Live entertainment and beverage sales at the Castle Gig Rig on the B field will commence at 12:00 and gates of the stadium will open at 14:00.

Kick-off is 17:00
