In order to be available for selection, you need to be a full member of Triathlon South Africa (TSA). Recreational members will, however, not be eligible for the selection process.

It is a TSA-sanctioned event and is open to all athletes, registered and unregistered. However, a day licence will be required.

You may enter as a team of two or three participants, a family team, or as an individual.

Mpumalanga schools are challenged to each enter as many representatives as possible. The winning school wins a free triathlon workshop for all pupils interested.

Closing date for online or pre-entries is January 29. The first 50 entries will get a free Ehlanzeni Triathlon swim cap. Registration costs are R350 (standard), R200 (sprint), R150 (supersprint) and R100 (kids fun race – no day licence needed) and the TSA day licence fee.
