Folavio reclaims Selati crown
Pumas' Folavio Sehohle once again dominated a road-running event when he won the Selati Half-marathon in Malalane on Saturday.

Sehohle, who also claimed the title in 2015, was crowned the new champion in the 21-kilometre race, organised by Onderberg Marathon Club, in a time of 01:06:31.
“It was a good day at the office, I decided to run the 21 kilometres as I had to qualify for the South African Championships. My body felt strong. I think a sub-63 is possible in a few months’ time,” Sehohle said.
Defending champion, Abednico Mashaba of Born to Win, took silver 58 seconds behind Sehohle in 01:07:29.

Mathabetha took second spot in 31:05 and third place finisher, Ndlovu completed the last podium finish in 31:34.
Two of Nedbank LVCC’s women athletes dominated the 10-kilometre race.
Nontokozo Dlamini, who was victorious at the Bateleur Estate Memorial Run, crossed the finish line in second place. She was just minutes behind Winnie Mnisi (first).
“The very popular annual race was this year again started with the roar of a quarter pounder cannon. A total of 1 450 runners completed the 29th run on a cool day with light rain.
“It constitutes an overall increase of 11 per cent of the finishers of last year. The aim of the organisers and sponsors is not only to provide a high-quality road-running event but also to involve other organisations in the community to create a fun event to be enjoyed and appreciated by all,” said Deon Valks of Onderberg Marathon Club.
