NHS and EG Janse meet for games

The schools competed in rugby, netball and hockey.

It made for nail-biting games when Hoërskool Nelspruit and EG Jansen faced off on Saturday.

 

 

EG Jansen’s first XV beat NHS 31-25. Their second team also won 36-15. However, NHS’s u/16B and u/14A teams won their matches.

In the netball, NHS’s first team lost 11-24, bur their second team won 17-10.

 

The girls’ first hockey team lost with 1-2 and the second team also lost by the same margin.

In the boys section the only teams that competed was the u/16A, a match NHS won 3-1. NHS will play against Eldoraigne in Pretoria this coming weekend.On May 11, NHS will play with Kempton Park at NHS’s fields.
