Hard work in gyms pays off for muscled men and women

Mduduzi Maphanga won the men's physique competition at the Bodybuilding Mpumalanga Provincial Show on Saturday. The event was held at Mustangs in Mbombela.

Ephias Mkutchwa was the runner-up and Afrika Maluleka third. Mkutchwa reigned supreme in the men’s muscular physique category, earning the champion’s medal. Cauisworth Mathaba was second and Jacques Nel claimed third place.

In the ladies’ bikini up to 166cm competition, Carla Vorster was in fine form, taking the winner’s medal. Michaela van der Merwe was the runner-up. Nadie Taljaard took first place in the ladies’ bikini over 166cm, with Karen Grabe in second place.
