Tomorrow’s soccer stars shine today

The boys and girls displayed amazing talent

The soccer stars of tomorrow showed off their skills at La Copa Mbombela at St Peter’s School on Friday.

Various age group teams teams played in the tournament hosted by the City of Mbombela and the SuperSport United Soccer Schools (SSUSS) Mbombela.

“The day meant a lot to both the players, the parents as well as the organisers.

“For the players, it was about displaying their talents to their parents, supporters and siblings, and above all enjoying what they love most, while learning and developing.

“In tournaments like this the players learn to be responsible for both their individual and team decisions.

“For SuperSport United Soccer School Mbombela, the day was a huge success of soccer development and the display of talent at its best. Youth soccer development was the winner at the end of the day,” said Zabilon Maduana, owner of SSUSS Mbombela.
