VIDEO: Schoeman glad to be back for Pumas
Marnus Schoeman, who has been in superb form in the Lions' Super Rugby campaign, is back for the iCollege Pumas for the duration of the Currie Cup series.
Schoeman will play in his 30th match for the Pumas tomorrow afternoon against the Griquas and replaces Jeandré Rudolf in the starting 15.
De-Jay Terblanche, Devon Williams and Marko Janse van Rensburg is not part of the 22-man squad.
Ruwellyn Isbell is not available for selection due to an injury but will be ready for the Pumas’ home encounter against the DHL Western Province at the end of the month.
Neil Maritz will play in his second match for the Pumas, after suffering an injury that kept him on the side-line for over 10 months.
Pumas’ 2017 Super Sport Rugby Challenge player of the year, Khwezi Mona will make his first appearance for the 2018 rugby season while Simon Westraadt who has also been out of action for a couple of months will start at hooker.
Ticket prices: R40 adults; R10 for kids under 18.
