Joshua Boyd of Midwit Swimming Club won the senior victor ludorum trophy at the Mpumalanga Swimming Championships held at Van Riebeeck Park in Mbombela from December 1 to 3.

The senior victrix ludorum trophy went to Ashley Janse van Vuuren of Curro Swimming Academy (CSA).

Neil Burger was the best senior male swimmer of the championships. This Uniswim member also produced the best individual performance by a senior boy in the 50m butterfly.

The best senior female swimmer was Miela Banza of Uniswim. She was also awarded for the best individual performance by a senior girl in the 100m breaststroke.

• Best master male: Willscott Radley (Nelspruit Swimming Academy Development)
• Best disabled senior male: Sabelo Masango (Killer Whale Aquatics)
• Best visiting club: Barracudas de Maputo
• Best visiting female: Haley Hoy (Swimlab)
• Best visiting male: Darno van der Merwe (Tuks)
• Best female team: Uniswim
• Best male team: Uniswim
