IN PHOTOS: More than 36 000 fans spur Springboks on to victory

Green and gold Lowveld thunderbolt electrifies Mbombela Stadium.

Some 36 842 spectators packed Mbombela Stadium on Saturday night, July 19, to watch their beloved Springboks defeat Georgia 55-10.

Fans started arriving at midday to enjoy braais in the parking area and entertainment at the Castle Lager Boktown fan park.

By the time the teams started their warm-ups the stadium was already half full, and 30 minutes before kick-off the stands were packed.
