Westvaal extends a helping hand

I received a call from Past Hans Roos on a Tuesday afternoon. His Isuzu got stuck in his driveway and the ignition was jammed. We tried everything to move the vehicle so that he could close his driveway gate and create enough space to have a second car pass (it was urgent as he had to leave for Tzaneen the following day). Needless to say we were unsuccessful. I called Jannie Prinsloo, director of Westvaal Nelspruit. He advised me to call the dealer principal, Kobus van Zyl and seek assistance and if we were unlucky, to phone him back.
Kobus was extremely helpful in understanding the problem and said they used the AA for roadside assistance but he would help. I gave him the physical address. Jannie got one of his technicians and came and sorted out the issue. He gave me feedback and I stand proud to be associated with Westvaal which goes more than the extra mile to solve and assist. Hans was very chuffed with the help.
